Delivery Charges:

Paintings and drawings on paper = £10 postage and packaging

Small Canvases = £20 postage and packaging

Large Canvases = £80 postage and packaging

Returns:

Buying art online with rachaeladdispaints.co.uk is simple. We offer a 14 day returns policy. So, if, for any reason you are not happy with your product or it is not suitable, you can return it for a full refund.

Simply contact me on enquiries@rachaeladdispaints.co.uk to process the return. Please note, made to order items, sale items and custom artwork are not returnable.

What Happens If I Receive An Artwork That Was Damaged In Transit?

If you received an artwork that was damaged in transit, then please get in touch and I will issue a replacement straight away.
